Q. How can I open the drafts on mobile, it shows an error?
Ans. = If you are on a mobile device, you may need a “Document viewer app”, it can be downloaded from the Play store or App store, for free.
Q. How do I extract the .ZIP format?
Ans. = For PC Users:
Simply Right-Click on the File > Click Extract Files.
This will extract the files in folder format, this process may take up to 3-4 minutes depending on your system speed.
(Tip: For seamless extraction process, we recommend extracting using 7-Zip software, it’s free to download.
For Mobile Users:
Download any “Unzipper” application from the Play store / App store. Select the .ZIP file and extract it in your desired destination.
Q. After extracting the zip file some folders are empty, how to solve this?
Ans. = This problem arises due to glitches with the zip extraction process.
